Independent Mediations

Blue Tulip Consultancy conducts mediation sessions for organisations that have undergone an investigation process or wish to resolve a formal complaint through mediation.

How does it work?

E Squared Mentoring programme is a relationship structure that harnesses the power of mentoring into a mutually beneficial and equal relationship. Each participant takes it in turns to being a mentor or mentee. The process involves:

  • Giving and receiving constructive feedback
