Blue Tulip Consultancy delivers a distinctive five‑month development & leadership training for ethnic minorities programme combining workshops, peer learning and one‑to‑one coaching. Offered both in‑house and externally, the programme is specifically designed to equip aspiring leaders from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds with the tools, confidence and strategies to navigate and overcome residual structural disadvantage.
